DoJiggy/GolfRegistrations Auction consists of two distinct areas. There is the customizable public website and an administrative control panel. Your administrative control panel is where tasks, including building your website, tracking your auction bids, and auction participant and financial reporting features are managed and stored. Both of these areas are described and demonstrated below.



Configure your Auction
The Administrator configures and customizes the auction here. Determine the auction start and end times, upload terms and conditions, choose whether or not to require a credit card for all bidders and more.
Add Auction Items
Adding items is easy. Administrators assign categories, product descriptions, starting bids, bid increments, Buy Now pricing (optional), reserve amounts, item values and more, from this administrative screen.
Customize your website
Easily customize your website by typing your content into our editor, shown here. You do not need any technical or programming experience to create a great looking website.
Manage Sponsors
Create a sponsor page on your public website that includes a sponsor logo, web link, and even a 1,000 word description of your sponsor's business.
Public Auction Website
Your customized website will include your auction items, sortable by category. Featured items are at the top of the auction area, and include a picture. Clicking on an item brings constituents to your detailed items page.
Auction Item Detail
When a constituent is interested in an auction item, they simply click on it for the detailed items page, as shown here.
Reporting Capabilities
DoJiggy Auction allows you to track bids and financial progress throughout your event. To close the event, email high bidders and complete payments through the system.
