The Touchmark Foundation was founded to enhance the well-being of seniors, a population traditionally underserved in mainstream philanthropy. They improve the lives of seniors by addressing key issues that affect seniors' lives now and in the future. The Foundation is well-positioned to assume this challenge because of its relationship with Touchmark communities.
Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos
The Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos was established by residents of San Carlos to raise funds for improvements to their parks and recreation facilities, programs, and services benefiting their community. Their mission is to support the vibrancy of San Carlos through it's parks and recreation activities.
The Jeff Laughrey Memorial Golf Tournament
Spending time with Jeff ensured good times and laughter, which proves that even those with the most radiant smiles can be affected by depression. Jeff was lost to depression and suicide on September 9, 2009. This 2nd annual golf tournament will provide Jeff's family and friends the opportunity to share their fond memories while raising money for Ellie Laughrey's college fund and charities that help people suffering from depression and their families.
New Mexico Senior Sports Foundation
Established in July 1995, the Senior Sports Foundation is a non-profit New Mexico corporation whose mission is to promote health and fitness by supporting recreational and athletic experiences for adults 50 years of age and better. The Foundation awards grants to help organizations aligned with its mission.
